One Team, One Mission: Discovering Ways to Collaborate After COVID-19 Webinar

Description:  Using team building in the workplace to strengthen relationships, foster morale, and improve client outcomes. This webinar offers participants the opportunity to learn about the qualities and dynamics that go into effective team building and how effective team building impacts quality care. Special focus on strategies aimed on adapting to working in person after working remotely.

Objectives:

1) Define and explain the following terms: team building and leadership.

2) Identify the what qualities make up an effective team

3) Engage in a variety of team building activities

4) Understand the effect of team building has on morale, patient care, patient outcomes and burn out.

5) Participants will discuss effects of both effective and ineffective team building and how it relates to burn out and job satisfaction.

6) Participants will engage in self reflection to identify strengths and weaknesses.

7) Participants will learn strategies and skills to make the transition from working remotely to working in person.
