Recovery Day at the Revs

The York Partnership for Recovery, a group whose mission is to plan and market events for York County to recognize National Recovery Month (September), is working on details for the annual Recovery Day event at PeoplesBank Park. The Sept. 5 (Labor Day Sunday) event, which includes a 2 p.m. game and lunch buffet, is a fun afternoon designed to create awareness around addiction and recovery, and provide an opportunity for the area’s recovery community to gather. Service and treatment organizations join in the day’s activities by setting up a table and providing information to those entering the stadium from noon until 2 p.m. Tickets cost $12 and are available at https://www.yorkrevolution.com/groups-hospitality/Group-theme-nights/.
