The topic for this even is surviving deomestic violence and thriving after the abuse. Octover is domestic violence awareness month.
A healthy luncheon will be served along with information from the American Heart Association on healthy portion size plus other tips for a healthy heart which will be presented by a registered dietician from Hanover Hospital.
