Job Description

 Responsible for assisting IT Manager in handling daily computer support, network backup, maintenance, general help desk and software trouble shooting.  Ideal candidate would be dependable, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality. 

Primary responsibilities:

Manage an active directory network domain of 40 users, Windows 2012 Server
Manage a large Exchange email server
Manage multiple scheduled backups (local and cloud based)
Manage firewalls and internet security measures
Must have experience with SQL based software
Manage VPN and remote support for some users
General helpdesk and software/hardware trouble shooting
High School Diploma or equivalent
Flexible Availability-Occasional evenings and weekends required – for network backups and maintenance
Reliable, punctual
Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality 

Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
