Mr. Harmon is a graduate of The Chambersburg Area Senior High School. He has his B.S. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Mr. Harmon was previously employed by The Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce as their Membership Director. Mr. Harmon is married to his wife Shannon, and has 2 daughters – Madison & Kendall. Mr. Harmon attends First United Methodist Church of Chambersburg; sits on the Letterkenny Industrial Authority and Penn State Mont Alto Advisory Boards. The Business Development Manager position was recently re-opened after the Covid-19 pandemic.
