Barley Snyder Partner Luke Weber Named Health Care Industry Group Chair

Barley Snyder is pleased to announce partner Luke T. Weber has been named chair of the firm’s Health Care Industry Group. Weber brings substantial experience and strategic vision to the role, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to providing top-tier legal services to clients across the health care sector.
 
As a seasoned trial attorney, Weber specializes in defending doctors, hospitals, and health care professionals against medical malpractice claims. Over the years, he has represented clients in a wide range of specialties, including obstetrics and gynecology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and cardiovascular surgery, among others. Known for collaborating with respected medical experts, Weber has developed a deep understanding of healthcare disputes. He is well-versed in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit dispute resolution to trial and appeals, in addition to alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration, when beneficial to his clients’ objectives.
